Villa Bougainvillea is a luxury villa located in the Dolmens district highly situated in  les  Issambres on a hill on a very quiet natural location offering an exceptional garden and view over the bay of Saint-Tropez.

The fact that it is only 1300 meters from the seaside, 2000 meters of the village of Issambres and only 15 minutes from Sainte-Maxime and 50 minutes from Cannes, or 15 minutes by ferry to Saint-Tropez make it an ideal location for exceptional holidays.

You will have a beautiful swimming pool on a private location of 1800 m2. Its south west-faced orientation allows morning, afternoon and evening sun on the terasse and the pool and will allow you to take full advantage of friendly aperitifs and majestic sunsets.

Fully equipped and furnished, it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate 6 guests in optimal comfort. The entire house is ground floor and all the bedrooms are on the pool level. All rooms have their own bathroom and shower and reversible air conditioning.

The interior in bohemian style with quality furnishings and finishes, gives off a modern and authentic French welcoming feeling. Including a pleasant living space consisting of a living room and dining room in a soft atmosphere illuminated by a pool view and gorgious garden with palm trees, Oleanders and Cica’s.
